A Time for Science is hosting a club for 6th-8th grade girls to learn outdoor and life skills to boost self-esteem and foster empowerment. Topics will include fire starting, backpacking 101, basic auto mechanics, wild plant ID, and knife safety! Meetings will be held at ATFS center in Grifton on the last Thursday of every month from 5:30-7:30. Spaces are limited; contact our Environmental Educator, Sam Eubanks, to book a spot today!
