Teacher workday camps offer an opportunity for students to stay engaged with their learning in a fun, mostly outdoor setting. Campers explore on 400 acres of diverse landscape, enjoy our nature playscape, and venture to space during a movie and lesson in our planetarium. Programs are designed for K-5th graders. A shuttle is provided from the Greenville location on Dickinson Avenue. The cost is $25/camper and $5/shuttle ride.
All day camp for K-5 students during Pitt County School’s Spring Break from April 5-9, 2021. The camp will run from 7:30am – 5:30pm at NCMNS Contentnea Creek. Drop off and pick up locations at NCMNS Contentnea Creek: 949 Contentnea Lane, Grifton, NC 28530 or NCMNS: Greenville 729 Dickenson Avenue, Greenville, NC 27834.
All in-person programs will follow current state and federal health guidelines and apply a range of safety measures to mitigate health risks, including smaller class sizes, moving into larger rooms (if indoors), keeping participants a safe distance from each other and increasing sanitation efforts.
Please note that in-person programs are subject to change or cancellation depending on COVID-19 restrictions. A full refund would be provided in event of a cancellation.
Each Day students will need:

Clothing and accessories appropriate for the daily weather conditions.
