From daytime planetarium shows to nighttime star parties, we offer a variety of astronomy-centered events. Less light pollution makes our Grifton location ideal for star gazing through the 16″ telescope in our Joyner Observatory.


We offer educational opportunities catered to a variety of age groups and subject matters. At this location, we utilize our 400 acres of protected land to teach science lessons that are relevant and memorable.


Our space is available to rent for birthday parties, community get togethers, or professional conferences. You can add a kayak or astronomy aspect to your parties, or host your own family-friendly fun day.
