Our week-long day camp during Pitt County Schools’ Spring break offers fun science lessons on a variety of topics ranging from Astronomy to Zoology. Students participate in hands-on lessons at our Outdoor Classroom, along the trails, on the pond and in the Planetarium. Students learn to kayak in a shallow pond. Camps are geared for Kindergarten-5th graders.

Week long all day camp for K-5 students during Pitt County School's Spring Break from April 5-9, 2021. The camp will run from 7:30am - 5:30pm at NCMNS Contentnea Creek. Drop off and pick up locations at NCMNS Contentnea Creek: 949 Contentnea Lane, Grifton, NC 28530 and NCMNS: Greenville 729 Dickenson Avenue, Greenville, NC 27834

All in-person programs will follow current state and federal health guidelines and apply a range of safety measures to mitigate health risks, including smaller class sizes, moving into larger rooms (if indoors), keeping participants a safe distance from each other and increasing sanitation efforts.

Please note that in-person programs are subject to change or cancellation depending on COVID-19 restrictions. A full refund would be provided in event of a cancellation.

Each Day students will need:

A mask
A Packed Lunch
Clothing and accessories appropriate for the daily weather conditions.
