Annual Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an annual membership with A Time For Science, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Term

All memberships are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Membership Benefits

Active members may receive discounted pricing on eligible programs, events, camps, and registrations offered by A Time For Science.

Early Cancellation Policy

Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time; however, memberships canceled prior to the completion of the one-year membership term may result in the forfeiture of member benefits previously applied.

If a member received discounted pricing for camp registrations or other programs as part of their membership benefits, and the membership is canceled before the completion of the one-year term:

• Any discounts previously applied to camp or program registrations may be revoked.
• The member will be responsible for paying the remaining balance between the discounted member rate and the standard non-member rate.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before participation in programs or camps may continue.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by A Time For Science management.

Right to Modify

A Time For Science reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits, pricing, and terms at any time without prior notice.
