This FREE community event brings together over 40 exhibitors, offering hands-on, engaging activities designed to ignite curiosity and inspire discovery. From live demonstrations to creative crafts, there will be something exciting for everyone.

About the event

This is an indoor/outdoor event, rain or shine, and perfect for all ages—families, students, educators, and lifelong learners. Admission is free with plenty of free materials, take-home items, and giveaways will be available throughout the day.

Why you should become a vendor

Over 1,000 visitors are expected to attend this free, family-friendly event at A Time For Science in Greenville, making it a high-impact outreach opportunity for organizations committed to STEM education, equity, and community engagement.

Who can be a vendor

There is no fee to exhibit, and booths can be tailored to fit your materials and needs. Whether your organization is large or small, educational or industrial, nonprofit or home-grown, your presence helps bring STEM to our local Greenville community. 

How to become a vendor

Spots are limited—sign up today and help make this year’s STEM Expo our most impactful yet!

Booth Spaces
  • Spaces are 10ft X 10ft
  • Tables include: 6ft rectangle, 8 ft rectangle and 6ft round.
  • 1 table is provided/booth unless otherwise requested.
  • Chairs: Folding chairs or small stools are provided.
  • 2 chairs are provided/booth unless otherwise requested.
  • Many of the booths will be outdoors, please plan for wind, sun, etc.
  • Booths do NOT include tents. Please bring your own.
  • Set-up should be educational and professional.
  • Participants must stay in place until the end of the festival.
General Requirements
  • A hands-on component is required for all exhibitors.
  • All activities should be secular and science-based.
  • Exhibitors must remain in place throughout the duration of the exposition.
  • Exhibitors must clean up their space before leaving.
  • Exhibitors must submit application before September Deadline.
FAQ

Q: Is electricity available?
A: Indoor booths and a few outdoor booths have access to electricity.

Q:Is water available?
A:Drinking water is available in the Museum. Water needed for exhibits can be accessed in the alleyway or on the side of the building.

Q:What if I can’t stay all day?
A:We suggest partnering with others in your organization to cover the table if you are not available for the entire event.

Q:Where do I park?
A: Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building and there is street parking nearby.

Q:How many people can I expect to see?
A: Our expo generally brings around 1,000 visitors. Mostly families with young children, but all ages are represented.

Q: I’ve never attended, what can I expect?
A: Visitors will be passing through, stopping to engage with exhibitors along the way. The average visitor may stop for 30 seconds-2 minutes, depending on their level of engagement. There will be upwards of 20 exhibitors.
